  • Refunds are only applicable to the original purchaser and are processed to the original method of payment.

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within 90 days of receiving your order.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returned items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
